Autumn Gold™ Transitions® sun lenses are specifically designed to enhance contrast and improve clarity of images in cloudy, foggy or very bright outdoor environments – perfect for hunters, target and skeet shooters and archers. These lenses use Transitions Optical’s advanced photochromic technology to provide the right color and tint for optimal performance in varying lighting conditions. In an inactivated state, they have a medium yellow tint. Once activated, the lenses turn to a pleasing, rich brown tint.
Color options are specifically chosen for their characteristics in certain lighting conditions. Availability includes an ash gray to darker gray lens – which transmits colors evenly and allows for true color recognition in bright light and heavy glare situations and a caramel brown to darker brown lens – which improves contrast and depth perception.
